These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our platform and serve as the exclusive agreement between GlobalMed Traders and the Buyer (“you” or “your”).
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
Authorized Use & Licensing
Our products are sold exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals. Buyers must hold a valid medical license applicable to their country of practice. This ensures that our instruments are used safely, appropriately, and in compliance with local regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
GlobalMed Traders does not accept any alternate terms or conditions provided by the Buyer unless agreed upon in writing. Any additional or conflicting clauses from purchase orders or correspondence are automatically void.
Your acceptance or use of our products confirms your full agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
Pricing Policy
- All prices are set according to the date of order placement, including backordered items.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to changes in material costs, legal regulations, or market conditions.

- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
- Orders below USD $5,000: 100% advance payment is required.
- Orders above USD $5,000: Special terms may be negotiated prior to order confirmation.
We support international trading terms, including:
- FOB (Free on Board)
- EXW (Ex Works)
- CNF (Cost & Freight)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Duties & Taxes
- Origin Duties: Covered by GlobalMed Traders (Pakistan).
- Import Duties & Taxes: The Buyer is responsible for all import-related charges at the destination country, including VAT, tariffs, or customs fees.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed immediately upon receiving a technically and commercially clear purchase order.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.
- Claims for damage, shortage, or loss must be reported within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Please retain damaged items for inspection.
GlobalMed Traders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delayed shipments or lost profits.
Product Replacement Policy
Product replacement requests must be:
- Submitted within 60 days of the invoice date
- Accompanied by a valid invoice and proof of purchase
- Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or special-order items
- Products held for over 60 days
- Opened or unsterile products
- Discontinued items
- Implants or sterile items not in original sealed packaging
Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our instruments:
- Tungsten Carbide Instruments: 3-year sharpness warranty
- Non-Tungsten Instruments: 1-year sharpness warranty
- Instrument Springs: 3-year warranty against failure under normal use
Warranty is void if:
- The product is modified or repaired by third parties
- Misuse, off-label use, or neglect is evident
- The product is used beyond its intended limits
Warranty claims must include the LOT number for validation.
Exclusive Remedy
For defective products, Acheron Instruments will, at our discretion:
- Repair
- Replace
- Credit the product
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price or reasonable repair/replacement cost, whichever is lower.
